Rothwell Town Council at the meeting held on 27th April are pleased to advise that a grant of £1056.54 was awarded to North Northants First Responders.The grant will be used to purchase a portable defibrillator, kit bag and observation kit in order to support them in continuing the fantastic work they carry out.

Rothwell Town Council have received the following update from Persimmon Homes on the Rothwell North Development and traffic signals on Desborough Road:
"Northamptonshire Highways have kindly confirmed our road space request to close the Desborough Road for two weekend closures below - 15/16 May and 22/23rd May. The carriageways surfacing/resurfacing will be carried out in the first weekend.
