Who we are & what we do

The Town Council consists of 12 elected councillors who serve for a four year term. All Councillors are voluntary and receive no payment whatsoever.

Council Meetings are normally held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, except August - see the diary of meetings for more information.

Office Opening Times, Rothwell Town Council is always happy and willing to meet with members of the public. All meeting are by appointment due to the availability of individual Councillors and the Officer to the Council.

Rothwell Town Council Office is staffed by The Clerk who works part-time hours.

Community Grants

Rothwell Town Council has a small budget for the award of grants which are awarded to local groups annually in January and July.

Our Staff

We have a Clerk to the Council that works with North Northamptonshire Council to deliver the range of services. The Clerk is employed part time and can be contacted by phone or email.
